For the balloons to look their best throughout your whole event please select the delivery or pickup time is within a maximum of 6 hours before the start of the event, the closer to the start time the better.
Helium balloons delivered on saturday will not be suitable for a Sunday function unless the Ultra HI FLOAT option is selected.
It is a great idea to use Ultra HI FLOAT in all balloons to ensure the most amazing looking balloons are around for many days to come. Foil Balloons DO NOT require Ultra HI FLOAT, and will last 3+ days dependant on the environment
Please note if you wish to hang photographs/pictures from helium balloons, to create a floating effect, we would suggest you use clusters of to 2-3 Helium Balloons to support the weight over the duration of the event. Please contact us about using 45cm, 60cm or 90 cm balloons to ensure your photos look amazing floating from the ceiling for the duration of your event. A single 30cm helium balloon will not support a photograph/picture adequately over a sustained duration of time.

WHAT IS HIFLOAT?
HI-FLOAT is a water-soluble plastics specially formulated to hold in helium. They dry inside the latex balloon to form a barrier coating which helps hold in helium. When used properly the new ULTRA HI-FLOAT can make balloons float up to 25 times longer.
WHEN TO USE HIFLOAT?
A simple rule of thumb is that you may use HIFLOAT if the coating is on the inside of the balloon.
IS HIFLOAT SAFE?
Yes. HI-FLOAT is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-corrosive, non-flammable and biodegradable. They are very similar to the adhesive found on the back of postage stamps. Wash off the skin with water. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, flush with water for several minutes.
When used properly, ULTRA HI-FLOAT can make balloons float up to 25 times longer.. The following table shows the typical floating lives for various sizes of balloons.
