DELIVERY INFORMATION


Delivery Available 7 Days to Most Melbourne Suburbs Monday-Saturday 8am – 4pm and Sundays between 8am and 12pm

You will receive an SMS 30mins prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate delivery time requests.

 We service the greater Melbourne Area from our Melbourne Delivery Depot, unfortunately pickup is unavailable from this location.

The Delivery charge is automatically based on the delivery postcode, and is calculated upon checkout. If your orders is under $50 or outside our delivery area delivery will not be an options to select at checkout.

MINIMUM spend of $50 required for delivery Delivery is additional (delivery option will only appear once $50 is added to cart) Delivery Charge will vary based on location, date and time selected $20-$85.

We offer Delivery 7 days a week,

Monday-Saturday 8am – 4pm and Sundays between 8am and 12pm

Should you require delivery outside these times please contact us first and we will be more than able to accommodate your request. If your suburb is not listed, or your postcode isn’t listed, please email us first to confirm a delivery price.

All order are shipped using our party trucks, all balloons are delivered helium inflated and ready to go.  Our service is prompt, our drivers are happy to help in any way possible and are happy to unpack your order. All Balloons are packaged in Balloon Transport bag for ease of use. This Service is included with every delivery and included in the Delivery Fee.

  • We do not offer Free shipping on any order .
  • Once your order is placed we will confirm a delivery window if required.
  • A minimum 3-5 hour delivery window is required. However where possible we will endeavour to work with you to meet your delivery requirements. If your delivery needs to be upgraded to a VIP service or a smaller delivery window we will contact you and send you an Invoice for any additional costs(this options is not available while COVID-19 Restrictions in place)
  • If Delivery cannot be accepted in the set delivery windows it is best to contact us prior to placing your order.
  • Delivery will be prior to the start time of your event, 8 hours prior to the event will be the earliest we deliver. A 30cm Latex Helium Balloon has a float time of  up to 14 hours, within 8 hours is best
  • Please select Hi-Float to extend latex 30cm balloon float time from 10-14 to 3-5days.
  • On Popular Delivery Days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, We require a 3-5 hour delivery window to enable us to service all customers. You will be advised once your order is confirmed. (Not available while COVID-19 Restrictions in place)
  • In some cases we maybe required to contact a venue to discuss any delivery requirements or instructions such as parking or times.
  • A full refund is available on orders cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery date. Up to a 70% Cancellation Fee may be charged on any order cancelled after 12pm on the day prior to delivery (The remaining amount will be refunded). Orders cancelled the day of delivery can not be refunded.

HELIUM CYLINDER DELIVERY AND COLLECTION 

The Delivery fee includes both delivery and collection of the cylinder.
