We service the greater Melbourne Area from our Melbourne Delivery Depot, – unfortunately pickup is unavailable from this location.
The Delivery charge is automatically based on the delivery postcode, and is calculated upon checkout. If your orders is under $50 or outside our delivery area delivery will not be an options to select at checkout.

All orders are shipped using our party trucks, all balloons are delivered helium inflated and ready to go. Our service is prompt, our drivers are happy to help in any way possible. All Balloons are packaged in Balloon Transport bag for ease of use. This Service is included with every delivery and included in the Delivery Fee.
We do not offer Free shipping on any order .
In some cases we maybe required to contact a venue to discuss any delivery requirements or instructions such as parking or times.
You will receive an SMS notification 30mins prior to delivery. If you will not be onsite to accept delivery please advise the driver where to leave the balloons. A note can be left at checkout of any specific delivery instructions.

HELIUM CYLINDER DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
The Delivery fee includes both delivery and collection of the cylinder.

BALLOON PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION: Balloons may have minor variations from the images shown on the website, we reserve the right to use a similar balloon with the most similar message and theme in the unlikely event the chosen balloon is out of stock. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A 90% refund is available on orders cancelled 36 hours prior to delivery date (excluding custom printing and special order products) .
A 100% Credit note is available on orders cancelled 36 hours prior to delivery date (excluding custom printing and special order products) .
Up to a 70% Cancellation Fee may be charged on any order cancelled after 12pm on the day prior to delivery (Delivery fee will be refunded).
Orders cancelled the day of delivery can not be refunded..
Special order balloons and Custom print balloons will not be refunded for cancellations or change of mind..
